About The Position
As a Lounge Server at The Mayfair Supper Club, you will play a critical role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, ensuring swift and efficient service as you expertly expedite drink orders and provide top-notch beverage and bus services. Nestled against the iconic Fountains of Bellagio™, The Mayfair Supper Club invites guests to indulge in a vibrant atmosphere inspired by the elegance of classic supper clubs from around the globe. Your responsibilities will be integral to delivering a seamless guest experience that aligns with our high departmental and company standards. You'll help set the stage for a night filled with impeccable presentations, exquisite flavor profiles, and curated spirit selections that transport diners back to the glamorous eras of old Las Vegas and New York City.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- 6+ Months of prior experience as a cocktail server
Responsibilities
- Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
- Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
- Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
- Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
- Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
