Montana's Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. We take great pride in knowing every one of our guests by name, along with knowing and taking care of all their needs without them even having to ask. We are service aficionados.

Requirements

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Knowledge of bar inventory management.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in a busy environment.
• Skills in mixing and serving drinks.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
• Ability to remember regular customers' names and faces.
• Understanding of legal age requirements for serving alcohol.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a casino or bar environment.
• Knowledge of gaming machine operations.
• Ability to create drink recipes and plan bar menus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and cash handling.
• Operate a cash register and manage accounting tasks.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the casino.
• Efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
• Remember regular customers' names and faces.
• Monitor legal age requirements and serve customers at gaming tables.
• Clean and arrange bar furniture neatly.
• Answer and screen telephone calls.
• Greet customers and verify their age.
• Take orders and serve snacks or food items.
• Clean restrooms, dusting, windows, and floors.
• Empty trash cans and clean tables.
• Accurately make change and account for cash.
• Stock, price, receive, and rotate bar products and supplies.
• Use safety equipment and understand the safety manual.
• Advise management of personnel situations or policy violations.
• Call maintenance for repairs or assistance with gaming machines.
• Fill glasses of beer from the tap and serve various beverages.
• Pick up empty glasses, pitchers, cans, and bottles.
• Fill and carry buckets of ice from the icemaker to the bar.
• Change out soda premix syrup boxes and kegs of beer.
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep the lounge floor.
• Wash glassware and clean the bar/work area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays.
• Handle disruptive customers professionally.
• Document incidents on an incident report.
• Communicate with management on product orders.
• Plan bar menus and create drink recipes.
• Record and make payouts to gambling machine winners.
• Complete shift paperwork and balance tills.
