About The Position

Montana's Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. We take great pride in knowing every one of our guests by name, along with knowing and taking care of all their needs without them even having to ask. We are service aficionados.

Requirements

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Knowledge of bar inventory management.
• Ability to mix and serve drinks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to handle disruptive customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions.
• Operate a cash register and manage bar inventories including stocking, pricing, and displaying.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the casino.
• Mix and complete drink orders efficiently.
• Remember regular customers' names and faces, and monitor legal age requirements.
• Wait on customers playing games and at the tables.
• Clean and arrange bar furniture neatly.
• Answer and screen telephone calls, greet customers, and verify customer age.
• Clean restrooms, dusting, windows, and floors, and empty trash cans.
• Accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash.
• Stock, price, receive, and rotate bar products and supplies.
• Use safety equipment and understand the safety manual.
• Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations.
• Call maintenance for repairs or assist with gaming machines.
• Serve drinks including beer, wine, and mixed beverages.
• Pick up empty glasses, pitchers, cans, bottles, and litter.
• Fill and carry buckets of ice from the icemaker to the bar.
• Change out soda premix syrup boxes and kegs of beer.
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep the lounge floor, wash glassware, and clean the bar area.
• Handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents.
• Communicate with the manager on product orders and plan bar menus.
• Serve snacks or food items to customers at the bar.
• Complete shift paperwork, balance tills, and cash receipts.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by management.
