About The Position

This position is responsible for taking orders and serving the assigned lounge venue areas to ensure Beverage Service is provided to our lounge Guests in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times. Works well with others, especially venue staff, other servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage managers, and slots supervisor. Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary. Take orders and serve beverages and amenities in the lounge areas. This includes taking food orders and following up on their delivery to guests. Handle cash and credit transactions Interact with guests in a professional manner and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members, Management and Guests
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain required work cards.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Complete property academy as assigned.
