About The Position

As a Lounge Attendant at the Sheraton in Brentwood, TN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within the hotel's exclusive lounge area. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all guests receive attentive, courteous, and personalized service in a comfortable and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge, managing food and beverage offerings, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or customer service roles.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and breaking down lounge service areas for daily operations and special events.
