About The Position

The Lounge Attendant at Hilton Grand Vacations is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional guest experiences in the Executive Lounge of the New York Hilton Midtown. The position involves preparing and replenishing food and beverage services, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and responding to guest requests efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and be available for flexible shifts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and replenish food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge.
  • Complete opening and closing side work, including stocking chinaware, silverware, and tableware.
  • Tend to the coffee machine and/or grinder.
  • Retrieve food and beverages from the kitchen and deliver them to the Executive Lounge.
  • Retrieve and store chinaware, silverware, and tableware.
  • Restock, clean, and prepare the kitchen.
  • Organize and display breakfast and move chairs and tables as needed.
  • Display the bar according to established standards, including retrieving ice and cutting condiments.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure quality condition of all chinaware, tableware, and silverware.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
