About The Position

Montana's Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Assistant Manager to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. As a Lounge Assistant Manager, you will: be accountable for the following areas: customer service during the shift, accounting decisions consistent with Casino Operations standards, policies, and procedures, assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in the following areas: office procedures, vendor invoicing, computer data entries, and shortage controls. set the proper example for co-workers in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in the areas of customer service and casino operations. be expected to be trained in all areas to cover in the absence of a manager, assistants need to know how to perform the duties of a manager such as payroll, inventories, scheduling, issuing counseling reports, retrains, and machine repairs. handle and screen phone calls, order to maintain an effective in-stock position of office supplies, process invoices to include auditing cost and retail price. effectively prioritize and organize follow-up on office tasks to be accomplished, responsible for the security of all casino assets, control of casino cash fund and inventories and auditing of shift reports. accurately and effectively complete all casino paperwork, casino daily report, casino daily purchases, mark-up/mark-down inventory adjustments, and auditing and completing of casino payroll records. be responsible for vendor controls and invoice handling, preparing and completing liquor orders, check-in deliveries, stock liquor store, and maintain to company standards. effectively maintain accurate pricing on all liquor products for company promotions and according to the state regulations, balance to 6-week analysis reports, have the ability to prep liquor store for liquor audits, and have full knowledge of how to do a liquor audit. prepare bank deposit subject to the Manager's inspection and approval, complete computer entry and recording of sales and purchases in the casino's running book, and be responsible for casino safety. need to be able to fill in and handle all manager tasks in the absence of the manager, need to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and have a way to be contacted (phone, message phone, cell phone, pager).
