About The Position

The Lounge Assistant Manager at Montana's Best Casinos is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the lounge. This role involves overseeing various aspects of lounge management, including accounting, vendor relations, and staff training, while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and perform accounting tasks accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of liquor inventory management and state regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the casino or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for customer service during the shift.
  • Make accounting decisions consistent with Casino Operations standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in office procedures, vendor invoicing, computer data entries, and shortage controls.
  • Set a professional example for co-workers in customer service and casino operations.
  • Be trained in all areas to cover in the absence of a manager, including payroll, inventories, scheduling, and machine repairs.
  • Handle and screen phone calls, maintain an effective in-stock position of office supplies, and process invoices.
  • Prioritize and organize follow-up on office tasks.
  • Responsible for the security of all casino assets and control of casino cash fund and inventories.
  • Accurately complete all casino paperwork, including daily reports and payroll records.
  • Manage vendor controls and invoice handling, including liquor orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate pricing on liquor products and prepare for liquor audits.
  • Prepare bank deposits subject to the Manager's inspection and approval.
