About The Position

SUMMARY: Lounge Agents welcomeguests into the Wingtips Airport Lounge, arrange for special services, and assist with any questions. The goal is to make each guest feel special by delivering exceptional customer service making them eager to return.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Provide friendly and professional service to guests, communicating with them by name whenever possible.Offer amenities to guests as needed. Respond to guest requests for assistance or information on Airport/Airline operations.Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times.Communicate with food attendant to ensure food products are of high standard in freshness and appearance. Replenish items if needed.Ensures a safe work environment by following all ATS rules and regulations regarding the workplace.Maintain the level of service expectations at all times.Maintain and observe the New York Health and Safety standards.Other duties as assigned.Verifying passenger’s eligibility to access the lounge and welcoming entitled passengers to the loungeObserving that lounge is replenished and tidy all the times.Ensuring proper set-up is done (morning, afternoon, evening).

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 5 years of employment, criminal record, and residence history.
  • Must have at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience in a hotel, restaurant, private club, lounge, or similar setting
  • Must be able to lift up to 14kg.
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in the workplace preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and fellow employees and serve as a team player under all types of conditions.
