Requirements

• Experience within the hospitality sector with a proven track record in high-end hospitality services
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Flexibility around shift times and availability
• Computer literate with experience in booking systems and electronic point of sales systems
• Must be over 21 years old to comply with alcohol service policy
• Ability to pass a TSA background check to obtain an airport badge
• High energy and can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering high standards

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensuring the lounge area is maintained and presented to the highest possible standard
• Taking bookings and keeping accurate records of each customer
• Serving and taking payment for food and alcoholic beverages
