Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:30pm. Additional duties include closing administration for the center operations. Our beautiful center is located at Bright Horizons at North Oaks, 15591 Emergency Services Drive, Hammond, LA 70403.

Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is required per State of Louisiana standards for Lead Teacher
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
