The Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist IV to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive public information and communications program for the Colorado Lottery. This role will address public relations, information, and education priorities for various audiences, including business groups, Lottery players, licensed retailers, beneficiaries of Lottery proceeds, the legislature, news media, and other state and local government entities. The position also involves digital communication and internal communication efforts in collaboration with the Lottery's Communications and Marketing team. Responsibilities include managing newsletters, writing winner stories, organizing photo and video shoots, coordinating the annual calendar and report, and handling CORA requests.
