Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 Per Hour (Experience-Based) This Position is Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Off Saturday and Sunday!! As a Lot Technician, you will keep our dealership lot organized, clean, and inviting for customers. You’ll manage vehicle inventory, prepare vehicles for display, and help ensure our dealership’s success with your attention to detail. Requirements

High school diploma preferred, not required.
Able to work in all weather and perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, walking).
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Performance Lexus is a drug-free workplace.

Automotive experience a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

Keep the dealership lot clean and organized; wash and detail vehicles as needed.
Help manage vehicle inventory and move cars to proper display locations.
Prepare vehicles for sale by tagging and meeting cosmetic standards.
Deliver vehicles to service and prep for customer pickup.
Organize and track vehicle keys for easy inventory access.
Work with team and other departments for smooth sales.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
