Lot Technician
About The Position
Honda of Greeley is hiring a lot technician to their team! Full Time: Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm ( 5 days per week with a day off during the week depending of shift) Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Performs light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property. Assists with the cleaning of vehicles for customer delivery. Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks, can operate plow vehicle is needed. Examines property for safety hazards; reports problems to Management or other appropriate staff. Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required training throughout employment with the company. Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
- Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
- Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of similar experience preferred but not required.
