About The Position

Jeff Wyler Acura of Fairfield is "Now Hiring" a Lot Tech
The Automotive Lot Technician is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance of vehicles and dealership grounds. This role supports sales and service departments by ensuring vehicles are ready for display, test drives, and delivery.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Park, move, and organize vehicles on the lot and in service areas
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and basic issues; report concerns to management
• Install license plate frames, temporary tags, and dealership decals
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, showroom, and surrounding areas
• Fuel vehicles and check basic fluids when required
