About The Position

Doug Smith KIA is one of the leading new car dealerships in the state! We are looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join our team. If you're excited to join a winning team in a brand new state of the art facility Doug Smith KIA is the place for you! We are re-locating to Lindon, UT soon! Full and Part Time Shifts available!

Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Must have a valid drivers license and hold a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Wash cars for delivery to customers
• Apply paint and fabric protection to vehicles as necessary
• Arrange retail and service vehicles on lot so they are displayed neatly
• Maintain organization of the vehicles parked on the lot
• Clean Lobby as necessary
• Organize and refill refreshments and snacks in the lobby
• Clean/Tidy up seating, tables, and trash in showroom or outside on the lot
• Help maintain a tidy showroom environment throughout the day
• Ensure Vehicles on showroom are clean and presentable
• Maintain inventory fuel levels
• Drive vehicles to and from vendors as needed
• Fuel vehicles as needed
• Apply stickers to cars when necessary
