About The Position

A Sales Lot Tech is essential to maintaining a well-organized dealership, keeping vehicles spotless and showroom-ready while supporting both the sales and service teams. Ideal candidates are hardworking, passionate about powersports equipment, and take pride in creating an outstanding first impression for customers.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
Proficient in the operation of trailers for vehicle hauling, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
Proficient in the operation of a forklift (certification preferred).
Lift a minimum weight of 50 lbs.
Be physically fit and able to bend, twist and pull.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working as a lot Attendant in the Powersports industry or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and great interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles by washing, polishing, cleaning and vacuuming to adhere to dealership specifications.
Properly maintain tools and equipment when performing details and correctly follow safety practices.
Empty garbage throughout the dealership and perform general clean up duties.
Check in regularly with management to see if they need any assistance.
Keep the lot clean and maintain the sidewalks ensuring that they are clean, and debris free and ice melt is laid down in the winter (if applicable).
Pull vehicles in at the end of the day and assist in closing out of the shop, as well as any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager.
