About The Position

RideNow - North Ft. Worth, has an immediate opening for a dependable and
outgoing Lot Tech/Forklift Non-Driver; capable of arranging Motorcycles in our
showroom and lot.

Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make motorcycles ready
for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility
looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and
deliveries. Lot Tech does not mind being on their feet most of the day, is a
team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done!

Requirements

• Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
• Prior forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
• Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom
• Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
• Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
• Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
• Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
• Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
• Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
• Assist with other duties as requested
