Lot Tech/Driver - Tucson Harley Davidson
About The Position
Tucson Harley-Davidson, has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Lot Tech/Driver; capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles in our showroom and lot. Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make motorcycles ready for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and deliveries. Black Gold Harley-Davidson Lot tech does not mind being on their feet most of the day, is a team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done!
Requirements
- Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
- You must be at least 21 for the role.
- Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
- Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience required
- Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day
- Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
- Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom
- Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
- Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
- Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
- Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
- Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
- Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
- Assist with other duties as requested
