About The Position

Transdev in Englewood, Colorado is hiring a Lot Supervisor. The Lot Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are prepared for service. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Application Deadline: November 30, 2025, or until the position has been filled. Transdev is proud to offer: CBA Position: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: $20.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale) Schedule: Fridays 3:30am - 12:15pm, 1:15pm - 2:30pm. Saturday and Sundays 3:00am - 11:00am. Benefits include: Sick leave up to 48 hours per year

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, orequivalent
  • Must be a minimum of 19 years of age
  • Availability to work, day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned
  • Ability to learn how to check for proper completion of DVIR
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Have a strong commitment to customer service and safety
  • Minimum 2 years of valid driver license (personal or professional)
  • You must present a state DMV report verifying a 36-month driving record without a serious moving violation. (Some additional restrictions apply)
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence
  • Must complete and sign the Transdev employment application in its entirety.
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
  • Supervise operator pre-trip inspections
  • Assign vehicles to operators and update dispatchers to confirm information
  • Assist with miscellaneous clerical tasks
  • Responsible for collecting and retaining DVIRs
  • Checking Operator numbers and ID badges
  • Assisting Dispatch
  • Starting coaches for the facility
  • Occasionally dispatching replacement buses/operators for vehicles involved in accidents or incidents and buses and operators for special services
  • Assist with ensuring schedule compliance
  • Assist with ensuring that all routes are covered utilizing appropriate vehicles, personnel, equipment and information
  • Make optimal use of company operating systems for the purpose of monitoring, dispatching, and improving on street service to the customers
  • Assist (as needed) with the investigation of accidents, unusual occurrences, and complaints for the purpose of filing appropriate reports as well as providing direction for the future
  • Generate accurate operational records for the purpose of reporting and analysis
  • Maintains professional demeanor and appearance
  • Handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the department
