About The Position

To support service operations and its customers in moving, delivery, and preparing trucks as directed to maintain an orderly flow of vehicles in and around the facility. Perform building Maintenance as needed, this may include, but not limited to shoveling, cleaning, equipment inspections and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

Familiarity and practical experience working with basic commercial vehicle operations, safety, and maintenance protocol/procedures.
Valid CDL
Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experience
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive “team player” attitude
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Basic mechanical skills and aptitude
Ability to pass required DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Trucking industry experience

Responsibilities

Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when preparing and presenting vehicles to customers or potential customers
Assists the Service Department in maintaining, preparing, and delivering trucks for customers
Connect with customers in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the brand, dealership and RFC values
May move, pick up, or deliver customer vehicles
Building Maintenance
