About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish’s RV as a Lot Porter. This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot. Key Objectives Ensure timely and safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds

Requirements

• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background and drug test 
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions 

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift experience preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
• Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs
