This hybrid role supports both lot operations and vehicle detailing, providing variety, growth opportunity, and a key contribution to the overall customer experience. This Flex Role performs a blend of: • LOT PORTER RESPONSIBILITIES and • VEHICLE DETAILER RESPONSIBILITIES Team members will work across both departments based on daily operational needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Knowledge of basic automotive care preferred.
  • Experience in detailing or lot operations is a plus—but not required.
  • Ability to use hand tools and detailing equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.
  • Reliable, positive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Keep vehicle lot neat, organized, and aligned to dealership display standards.
  • Move vehicles as directed by management.
  • Check in and inspect incoming vehicles.
  • Apply buyer guides, stock tags, and manage keys/key tags.
  • Coordinate vendor pickup for wholesale vehicles.
  • Transport vehicles across Florida as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
  • Perform full exterior and interior detailing to company standards.
  • Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors.
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets, seats, and upholstery.
  • Operate detailing tools and equipment safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the detail shop and surrounding areas.
  • Provide great customer service when interacting with clients or internal departments.
  • Move and reposition vehicles as needed.
