About The Position

We are currently seeking a Lot Operation Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lot and providing excellent customer service to our dealers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work outside.

Responsibilities

• Help with the day-to-day operations on the lot
• Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
• Assist dealers with their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Direct traffic flow and ensure vehicles are parked in an orderly manner
• Monitor the lot for any suspicious activity and report any incidents to management
• Assisting with lot inventory and moving inventory to appropriate locations
• Perform routine maintenance on lot equipment and report any issues to management
