Strong organizational and leadership skills

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to stay physically active throughout the day
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Manage the layout, organization, and movement of vehicle inventory
Oversee vehicle flow between sales, service, and delivery areas
Maintain lot appearance, including cleanliness and seasonal upkeep
Coordinate check-in of new and incoming vehicles, including inspections and tagging
Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for customer delivery
Assist with dealership events and operational needs
Lead and support lot attendants, setting expectations for efficiency and professionalism
