Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dealership lot and manage detail supply inventory
• Inspect incoming vehicles for transport or lot damage and arrange repairs
• Process dealer trade paperwork and scan invoices for all new vehicles
• Enter vehicle data and pricing updates in the DMS
• Audit sales and RDRs and prepare stock packets for incoming vehicles
• Train, coach, and lead team members while promoting Walser’s Core Values
• Manage staff schedules, time off, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with HR and Recruiting on hiring, evaluations, and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
