About The Position
AssetsBiz Corp. is a leading regional provider of auto repossession services in the Midwest, recognized as one of the largest and most reputable firms in the country. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Lot Manager for our field office located in Edgerton, WI. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13 to $16, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, the Lot Manager will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks within the office. The candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking, answering phones, and working collaboratively in a team environment. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage service relationships with outside providers. Responsibilities will also include cleaning, setting and adhering to appointments, and coordinating with law enforcement as necessary. The successful candidate will be skilled in de-escalating situations and communicating effectively with individuals who may be frustrated or demanding. We are looking for individuals who are career-focused and eager to take on challenges in a successful business environment. Candidates should demonstrate a history of longevity in previous positions, with at least one year of relevant experience.
