Who we are looking for: Moves vehicles on lot as directed. Safely drives cars through the check in and arena areas as directed. What you will do: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Drives any make and model of vehicle, both standard and automatic transmission, that can be driven with a normal driver’s license. Prepares paperwork necessary for on lot or off lot movement of vehicles. Communicates with customers in a professional manner. Makes value judgments on vehicle safety and communicates to customer and check in coordinator. Evaluates general condition of each vehicle prior to being driven. Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Accuracy – Able to perform accurately and thoroughly with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required. Analytical skills – Able to think and reason to solve problems. Detail oriented – Able to pay attention to minute details. Problem solving – Able to determine if problem is within their realm to solve or if they need to involve check in coordinator. Must be comfortable driving in situations they may be unaccustomed to such as multi-lane, urban situations; following detours; breakdown situations, etc. Must like to drive, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to do many different tasks as directed, when directed. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods. Must be able to physically enter and exit all types of vehicles with ease. Valid driver’s license. Able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
