About The Position

The Lot Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining all RVs on the company lot. This role ensures that inventory is properly staged, accessible, and presentable for sales, service, and customer delivery. The Lot Coordinator manages daily vehicle movement, coordinates with multiple departments, oversees lot cleanliness, and maintains accurate inventory location records. As a key operational support role, the Lot Coordinator helps create a smooth flow for customers and staff by keeping the lot organized, safe, and efficient. Pay range: $18-20 hourly. Key Objectives Ensure all RVs are correctly placed, labeled, and accounted for across the lot Coordinate the movement of units to support sales, service, detailing, and delivery schedules Maintain a clean, professional, and safe lot that enhances customer experience Responsibilities Organize and maintain the layout of RV inventory across the lot according to company standards Move RVs to and from service bays, delivery areas, detailing stations, and display spots Track inventory locations, update lot maps, and ensure accuracy in the inventory management system Assist sales and service teams by locating and positioning units for showings, tests, or customer pickup Perform basic exterior cleaning, touch-ups, and presentation prep as needed. Maintain lot cleanliness, including trash removal, signage upkeep, and ensuring clear pathways and parking areas Conduct regular lot walks to verify unit placement, check for damage, and report issues promptly Coordinate with transport teams for incoming and outgoing RV shipments. Monitor and maintain key control procedures for RV units Support seasonal or promotional lot setups, ensuring RVs are staged attractively and safely What you’ll bring Ability to pass a background and drug test  Experience working in RV, automotive, or similar lot/yard environments (preferred) Ability to safely operate RVs, tow vehicles, and movement equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with sales, service, and management teams Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfort with inventory systems or willingness to learn digital tracking tools. Requirements
