About The Position

Mike Maroone Ford Longmont is hiring a Lot Attendant / Porter to support daily dealership operations by maintaining vehicle inventory, organizing the lot, and preparing vehicles for delivery. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced automotive team.
This position is ideal for someone looking to get started in the automotive industry or stay active in a hands-on role. The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-8pm.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years and no major violations within the past 5 years
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to repeatedly get in and out of vehicles throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain new and used vehicle inventory
• Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, showroom and service drive
• Wash, fuel, and stage vehicles for display and delivery
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pickup
• Inspect incoming inventory and report damage
• Install dealer plates and basic accessories
• Maintain cleanliness of lot, showroom, and guest areas
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related lot maintenance
