Lot Attendant - Jerseyville
About The Position
Responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot, and grounds through routine maintenance. Performs monthly lot audits. Monitors incoming and outgoing equipment, via the DIT process. Whether it be sold, transferred, demo etc. Performs any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner all while adhering to safety rules and regulations. Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees. Stage equipment for customer clinics, open house, or other events. Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot. Performs basic maintenance on company equipment such as, but not limited to, oil change, refueling, changing filters and mileage monitoring. Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service. Coordinates required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house Services, assembles and replaces things like light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion. Work independently with little or no supervision, self-motivated. Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities. All other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for maintenance purposes.
- Experience with basic computer functions.
- Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.
- Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred.
