Our Lot Attendants are the first friendly faces customers see and the go-to team members for making every visit easy and enjoyable. From guiding cars and checking in customers to handling returns with a smile, you’ll play a key role in delivering the best auction experience around. No problem is too big when you’ve got great energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people. Requirements

• Required to meet performance standards and KPI
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 2 years of excellent customer service skills are preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Great attention to detail and highly organized
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
• Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items into customer vehicles.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 2 years of excellent customer service skills are preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers at pickup
• Process credit card transactions
• Issue refunds and help schedule appointments
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully
• Assist with loading heavier items as needed
• Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Promote a positive, helpful environment for customers and team members
