About The Position

Mullinax Ford is looking for an energetic team player who is self-motivated and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. Prior dealership experience preferred but not required. The lot attendant is an integral part of the Mullinax Sales Team. As a lot attendant you will receive, move, arrange and maintain the appearance of vehicles, and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have professional work ethic
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time
Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
Valid Driver’s license & ability to operate an automobile
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Must have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test

Nice To Haves

Prior dealership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable
Ensuring lot is organized, clean, and free of debris
Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas
Guaranteeing dealership license plates frames and brand sticker is affixed to vehicle
Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers and selling price
Maintaining keys
Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory
Follow all Company procedures and standards
Perform all other duties as assigned by management
