About The Position

The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance, organization, and safety of the dealership's vehicle inventory and grounds. This role supports the sales department by ensuring vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and ready for customer presentation.

Requirements

• Age Minimum: 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Speak and Read English
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent entering and exiting vehicles
• All offers of employment are contingent upon results of a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of vehicles and dealership grounds
• Install dealer plates, stickers, and promotional materials on vehicles
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, transfers, and dealer trades
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, battery starts)
• Remove snow, debris, or trash from lot areas as needed
• Assist sales staff with general tasks as requested
• Ensure all vehicles are secured and keys are properly stored
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies
