About The Position

The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization, appearance, and flow of vehicles on the dealership lot. This role supports the sales and service departments by ensuring vehicles are clean, properly parked, and readily available for customers and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot, showroom, and service areas
• Park, move, and arrange vehicles to maximize space and accessibility
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for display or delivery
• Assist with vehicle check-in, including inspecting for damage and verifying inventory
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, service areas, or storage lots
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle staging and customer deliveries
• Keep the lot, parking areas, and entrances clean and free of debris
• Install temporary tags, stock in new arrivals, and label vehicles as needed
• Follow all safety procedures when operating and moving vehicles
