As a Porter / Customer Service Representative , you’ll play a critical role in how our dealership is presented to the community and how each guest is treated the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do: As a Porter, you’ll ensure every vehicle on our lot is clean, organized, and customer-ready. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with customers and support key departments with essential operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role perfect for someone energetic, organized, and motivated by teamwork.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and time management
Dependable and punctual, with a “do what is right” attitude
Able to take direction and work well within a team
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all new and pre-owned vehicles
Assist with vehicle placement, merchandising, and lot organization
Move cars to and from service bays, delivery areas, and storage
Ensure proper placement of materials in vehicles (e.g., manuals, tags, floor mats)
Greet customers and assist as needed in service and sales areas
Run dealership errands, including transporting vehicles, picking up supplies, and dropping off documents
Assist in setting up for special events, deliveries, and customer experiences
Help keep dealership grounds clean and safe—snow removal, debris cleanup, lot washing, etc.
Keep workstations, tools, and common areas tidy and organized
