JOB DESCRIPTION: The lot attendant is the first and last impression for each guest that arrives at the establishment. You'll be responsible for parking, arranging and moving vehicles around the facility. This vital team member must possess a friendly disposition, the ability to problem solve and create a plan while having great attention to detail. Those who are great team players, but able to work independently thrive in this position.

Requirements

Excel in customer service
Drive and park vehicles efficiently
Create a customer-friendly atmosphere
Treat each vehicle with extreme care and caution
Inspect vehicles for damage
Team player
Ability to problem solve
Maintain crisp and clean appearance
Report items that need to be addressed by management
Ability to pass background and drug testing
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be at least 19 years of age.
Must possess valid state driver's license, not expired or suspended and with no pending Failures to Appear (FTA).
Cannot have a major or capitol violation on their driving record, no more than one at fault accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
High School diploma/GED required
