About The Position

Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicle inventory is presented at the highest standard while supporting multiple departments across the dealership. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Interest in growth and advancement within the automotive industry

Responsibilities

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicle inventory, including interior and exterior detailing
Check and replenish vehicle fluids as needed and assist with basic vehicle upkeep, including battery replacements
Organize and maintain vehicle lot displays in accordance with dealership standards
Move and park vehicles safely throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas as directed
Place buyer’s guides and stock tags in vehicles accurately
Keep dealership grounds clean and presentable, including sidewalks, driveways, and lot areas (snow and debris removal as needed)
Transport vehicles between service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas
Create and manage key tags for inventory vehicles
