Requirements

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and a negative pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are clean, well-organized, and properly displayed.
• Move vehicles around the lot, as well as to and from service areas, ensuring they are parked neatly and safely.
• Assist with the preparation of vehicles for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles on the lot, checking for cleanliness, damages, and tire pressure.
• Support the sales and service teams by retrieving vehicles for customer test drives and service appointments.
• Ensure all vehicles are locked and secure when not in use.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
