About The Position
Joe Ball GMC is seeking dedicated Lot Attendants to join our team at our location in Glenshaw, PA. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and appearance of our new and used vehicle inventory. Your responsibilities will include assisting the service department with customer vehicles, ensuring that the service area is clean and organized, and performing inspections on vehicles as they are delivered. You will also be responsible for cleaning new inventory and customer vehicles as needed, maintaining the overall appearance of vehicles on the lot, and assisting in the placement of marketing materials on and in vehicles. Additionally, you will safely keep track of all vehicle keys and perform other duties as assigned by management. The ideal candidate must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed, possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, and maintain a professional appearance. You should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and in a multi-tasking environment, interacting with customers, co-workers, and outside vendors consistently. Teamwork is essential, and you must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A successful candidate will also be required to pass a drug test.
