Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred, but not always required).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and walking for extended periods.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Able to work Saturdays

Previous experience in a similar role or automotive setting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Movement & Organization: Safely and efficiently move vehicles around the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas as needed.
Ensure vehicles are parked in an orderly and visually appealing manner.
Lot Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales lot, including picking up debris, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring a welcoming appearance.
Vehicle Preparation: Assist with the preparation of new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, including fueling, basic cleaning (e.g., wiping down interiors, windows), and ensuring all necessary accessories are present.
Dealership Support: Provide general support to the sales and service departments, including running errands, delivering documents, and assisting with various tasks as assigned.
Customer Service: Occasionally assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Facility Upkeep: Contribute to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the dealership facility.
Adherence to Safety: Operate all vehicles and equipment safely and in accordance with dealership policies and traffic laws.
