About The Position

Genesis of Ridgefield, part of Keeler Motor Car Company, is looking for a dependable full-time Automotive Lot Attendant/Sales Assistant to join our new team at Norwalk. This is an entry-level position offering hands-on experience in a luxury automotive environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Full-time availability, including some Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership or customer service experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in the showroom
• Check in new vehicle deliveries and assist with vehicle prep for sale or display
• Keep the lot, showroom, and service drive clean and organized
• Provide support to Sales and Service teams as needed
• Run dealership errands, including registration and vendor runs
• Assist with event setup and vehicle displays as needed
