THE BMW LOT ATTENDANT WILL HELP TO KEEP THE FLOW OF CARS INTO AND OUT OF THE SHOP TO MAXIMIZE PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY FOR THE TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE ADVISORS. THEY WILL ENSURE THAT ALL SERVICE VEHICLES GET WASHED AND VACUUMED BEFORE CUSTOMER TAKES DELIVERY. THEY WILL ENSURE THAT ALL CLIENT CARS AND BELONGINGS ARE SAFE AND SECURE. COORDINATE PICK UP VEHICLES AND DELIVER TO CLIENTS AS DIRECTED BY MANAGEMENT. PERFORM LIGHT MAINTENANCE ON VEHICLES AS NEEDED, I.E., TOP OFF FLUIDS, REPLACE LIGHT BULBS, REPLACE WIPER INSERTS, ETC. MONITOR SERVICE SHOP AND PARKING AREA TO ENSURE THAT VEHICLES ARE STORED AND PARKED TO MAXIMIZE USE OF SPACE AND KEEP THE LOT IN ORDER. MUST BE 18+ AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. WE ARE A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Have a valid driver license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Keep the flow of cars into and out of the shop
• Ensure that all service vehicles get washed and vacuumed before customer takes delivery
• Ensure that all client cars and belongings are safe and secure
• Coordinate pick up vehicles and deliver to clients as directed by management
• Perform light maintenance on vehicles as needed, I.E., top off fluids, replace light bulbs, replace wiper inserts, etc.
• Monitor service shop and parking area to ensure that vehicles are stored and parked to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
