About The Position
The Lot Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving at our facility to pick up their items. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to assist customers efficiently. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for checking in customers, assisting with refunds as needed, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, this position involves working in a warehouse environment and using associated equipment safely and effectively. Other warehouse duties will be assigned by the supervising manager as we work together to accomplish our goals. The Load-Out Associate is responsible for delivery of the products in a safe and professional manner. This role will also maintain the integrity of merchandise racks and the consolidation of merchandise; verify orders; and be expeditious in serving customers - being fast on their feet! We have goals for meeting our customer expectations and everyone on the team must be conformable being held to metrics. Use of hand-held devices in order to locate items will be part of this position, as well.
