About The Position

The Lot Attendant – Legend plays an important role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of golf cart staging and parking areas, assisting guests, and supporting efficient daily operations. This role helps ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for all guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with golf carts and basic golf course etiquette
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf cart areas, parking lots, and surrounding spaces
• Assist guests with parking, cart staging, and general directions
• Retrieve, stage, and organize golf carts for daily use
• Monitor the area for safety hazards and report issues promptly
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to all guests
• Support traffic flow and ensure compliance with parking guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
