The Lot Attendant / Delivery Coordinator for Sales plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle inventory management and delivery processes within a dealership or sales environment. This position is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and coordinating the movement of vehicles on the lot to optimize space and accessibility, directly impacting sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and accurate handoffs while providing exceptional service that reflects the company’s standards. By acting as a liaison between sales teams, service departments, and customers, the Lot Attendant / Delivery Coordinator helps facilitate seamless communication and operational flow. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently in various weather and lot conditions.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and delivery scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to vehicles for sales and service teams.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring all necessary documentation and vehicle preparation are completed prior to handoff.
• Assist sales staff by retrieving vehicles for test drives, presentations, and customer pickups in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations, delivery schedules, and any movement on the lot using dealership management systems or inventory software.
• Communicate effectively with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure smooth coordination of vehicle logistics and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
