About The Position

The Lot Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Register/Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports.
• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Stack vehicles when necessary and ensure proper security of keys.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries while maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Maintain accuracy and composure under pressure while serving guests.
• Collect data in accordance with parking operations and complete shift reports accurately.
