About The Position

The Lost to Found Solutions Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations of the Reunitus lost and found facility, supporting airline partners and overseeing baggage recovery workflows. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between customer service and warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management, or airline/baggage services
  • Proven experience in managing
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience balancing customer experience with operational efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience in airline operations, baggage services, or lost & found environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory systems, or logistics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the lost and found facility and staff
  • Ensure efficient intake, processing, storage, and return of lost items
  • Maintain operational alignment with airline partner expectations and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to scale operations
  • Lead team across customer service and warehouse functions
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer-first thinking
  • Motivate teams to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
  • Oversee customer communication workflows through the NetTracer platform
  • Monitor customer reports, resolution times, and satisfaction metrics
  • Identify trends in lost items and customer issues to improve service delivery
  • Ensure a high-quality, empathetic experience for travelers
  • Work with Director of Lost to Found and Warehouse Solutions on monthly reporting to partners to ensure alignment
  • Manage physical inventory, storage systems, and item tracking accuracy
  • Ensure proper handling, documentation, and shipping of recovered items
  • Maintain organized, scalable warehouse processes to support growth
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to support Reunitus expansion
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, technology utilization, and partner integrations
  • Drive initiatives that improve recovery rates, turnaround times, and operational scalability
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality
  • Optimize labor, shipping, and storage costs
  • Improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure all operations meet Reunitus quality standards and partner expectations
  • Track KPIs such as recovery rate, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across both customer service and warehouse operations
