The Lost and Found Department functions will include but will not be limited to the following: Perform a broad range of duties and delivering a high quality standard. Assist customers during business hours by operating and assisting walk-in customers, answering phones during business hours, inputting required information into the Lost and Found system, researching and verifying validity of all information before release, collecting lost items from terminals and various other areas of the airport grounds, photographing and logging items, receiving, counting, documenting, and securing items in a lockable container such as a safe, and managing the movement of goods and materials in and out of secured lockers.
