About The Position
The Loss Recovery Specialist at Veros Credit is responsible for resolving charged off auto loan accounts through negotiation and, when necessary, initiating legal action. This role involves extensive communication with customers to negotiate repayment or settlement, as well as conducting skip tracing and asset searches to locate customers.
